Among the agenda items are the approval of the minutes from the July 9th, 2026 meeting, as well as the collection of administrative acts and delegations granted to the Community Bureau and the President. The internal regulations and the budgetary and financial regulations will also be submitted for adoption.
The composition of the thematic commissions will be discussed, as will the approval of the 2025 and 2026 activity reports for the Ressourcerie public service delegation. The community of communes will also adopt a charter for the use of artificial intelligence.
Several housing-related topics are planned, including the awarding of lots for the construction of primary residences in La Brée-les-Bains as part of the BRIO project, authorization for demolition permits for Clos Sourbier in Château-d’Oléron, and a loan guarantee for a social hotel residence.
Mobility issues, including the bicycle plan III, and France Services spaces, with membership in a network of innovative territories, will also be addressed. The management of traveler reception areas and agricultural land will also be among the deliberations.
The management of dike systems (Gemapi) and marshland work, as well as the local coastal strip management strategy, will be at the heart of environmental discussions. The securing of bathing areas and the rehabilitation of parking lots are also on the agenda.
The finances of the community of communes will be the subject of several budgetary modification decisions. Human resources will also be addressed with the opening of positions for a leisure center director, an accounting manager, and the reorganization of the mobility service.
