For its new edition, the Town of Vaux-sur-Mer is bringing back its Halloween program, entirely free and designed for families. Three events are scheduled to celebrate the holiday with a touch of thrills, plenty of games, and a convivial atmosphere. This tradition, established for over ten years, aims to offer accessible events for everyone.
On Thursday, October 29th, the day will begin at 10:30 AM with thrilling tales. Held at the media library (or under the lime tree in front of the town hall in case of bad weather), this event will bring haunted stories of witches, ghosts, and monsters to life for listeners.
On Friday, October 30th, the Terror Trail will take place starting at 10 AM in the Town Hall Park. Aimed at aspiring detectives, this trail invites young and old to unravel mysteries, decipher clues, and solve riddles and charades, turning the search for secrets into a surprise-filled treasure hunt.
Finally, on Saturday, October 31st, the Salle de l’Atelier will host the Ghastly Bash starting at 5 PM. After the stories and riddles, children are invited to don their costumes for a dance party hosted by Turbo Minus from Radio Minus. This musical event, a mix between a young audience DJ set and a popular ball, promises a quirky and intergenerational musical journey.
These three days of activities are part of Vaux-sur-Mer's ongoing family events during the All Saints' Day holidays. The only instruction to conclude this trilogy in style is to come in costume and be ready to dance.
