The fourth edition of the taste rally, organized by the Brive Agglomeration and the Chamber of Agriculture of Corrèze, awarded the municipalities of Nespouls, Larche, and Perpezac le Blanc on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at the Espace des Trois Provinces.

As part of the Local and Quality Collective Catering Meetings, the rally aimed to highlight the work done in the school restaurants of the Brive Agglomeration municipalities. This year, the imposed theme was squash.
The rally took place in two stages. On Wednesday, September 25, 2026, canteen staff from the 16 participating municipalities visited the Bio Charles et Colombes farm in Saint-Aulaire to discover organic production, including various types of squash. On Thursday, October 8, 2026, a jury met at the Rivet Community Center in Brive to taste the dishes and desserts proposed.
The jury, composed of Roland Peyrieras (chef at Chez Paulo restaurant), Sébastien Penaud and Aurélie Delmas (Rivet Municipal Community Center), and Agnès Bertrand Lafeuille (Chamber of Agriculture of Corrèze), praised the quality of the creations and the commitment of the school catering staff.
After a close deliberation, the top three awarded municipalities are: Nespouls (3rd prize for its Toast of butternut, reblochon, and lardons), Larche (2nd prize for its Butternut crème brûlée with crispy butternut chips), and Perpezac le Blanc (1st prize for its honey-roasted butternut rounds with feta and walnuts).
