The yellow bin identification campaign, launched in late June to improve sorting and recycling, continues in Argentonnay throughout October.

In Argentonnay, the yellow bin identification operation, aimed at improving sorting quality and promoting recycling, is actively continuing. Launched at the end of June, this initiative has already equipped about half of the bins in the area. Agent interventions will take place throughout October.
Residents are asked to put out their yellow bin as usual, even if empty, the day before collection and leave it available all day. This allows agents to service bins that have not yet been equipped with the new system.
Once the intervention is complete, stickers will be affixed to the yellow bin. These stickers will display sorting instructions, the house number, and a barcode, confirming that the bin has been equipped. Users can then put out their bin according to the usual collection procedures.
It is reminded that agents operate solely from public spaces and carry identification badges and accreditation letters. The operation is entirely free of charge and requires no action or signature from residents. The main objective is to better assist citizens in case of sorting errors and to provide advice for a clearer understanding of the guidelines.
