Jean Le Goff, vice-president of the Périgord-Limousin Park, was elected to the board of the IPAMAC association during its annual general meeting held in Billom on October 14th.

Representatives of the Massif Central Natural Parks met on October 14th in Billom (Puy-de-Dôme) for the annual general meeting of the IPAMAC association (Inter-Parcs du Massif central). This network, which includes 12 Parks, 11 of which are Regional Natural Parks and the Cévennes National Park, aims to share experiences, pool skills, and develop collective projects focused on biodiversity preservation, sustainable tourism, and the habitability of rural territories.
During this general meeting, marked by the renewal of its governance, Jean Le Goff, vice-president of the Périgord-Limousin Park, was elected to the IPAMAC board. Michel Castan, vice-president of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, now chairs the association. Solange Cotta and Jean Le Goff will thus ensure the representation of the Périgord-Limousin Park within this network.
Sébastien Fissot, former vice-president of the Park in charge of forests and previously involved in IPAMAC's governance, also participated in this general meeting. This involvement allows the Périgord-Limousin Park to contribute to collective reflections and cooperation between territories that share the major challenges of the Massif Central.
