Grand Périgueux is organizing several information meetings in October 2026 concerning the revision of its intercommunal Local Urban Plan (PLUi), a key document for territorial development.

The Intercommunal Local Urban Plan (PLUi) defines the conditions for land development and use. Its general revision offers an opportunity to guide territorial development and harmonize several major issues: reducing the consumption of natural, agricultural, and forest areas, housing, mobility, economic activity, and the environment.
In this context, Grand Périgueux is organizing information meetings in various towns within the agglomeration. The first seven meetings will take place in October 2026 and will cover objectives, challenges, and initial diagnostic elements.
The meetings will begin on October 6, 2026, at 6 PM in Cendrieux (André Malraux cultural hall, route Maxime Roux). These will be followed by meetings on October 7 in Vergt (Nino Pajot hall of the town hall), on October 13 in Agonac (community hall, 1 rue du Stade), and on October 14 in Saint Pierre de Chignac (community hall, 40 rue Sécrestat).
Further meetings are scheduled for October 21, 2026, at 6 PM in Razac sur l’Isle (foyer laïque, avenue Victor Hugo), on October 27 at 6 PM in Périgueux (espace Aliénor, headquarters of Grand Périgueux), and on October 29 at 6 PM in Antonne-et-Trigonant (community hall, rue des Ateliers).
