The festival offers students, from primary school to high school, a series of short and feature film screenings, as well as interactive workshops. This festival journey also provides the opportunity to meet and interact with cinema professionals such as directors, screenwriters, and actors.
The program includes preview screenings accompanied by film crews. For the Children's Jury, an in-class session is scheduled before the Toussaint holidays. The mediation team will present the festival, its schedule, and the role of a jury member, discussing film analysis criteria and answering questions from students and teachers. An image rights authorization will be provided.
A workshop on audio description is also offered. Educational kits for the short films selected for primary schools, such as Carmen, l’oiseau rebelle, Les Yeux verts, and La Gradiva / Journal d’un premier film, will be sent to teachers once registrations are validated.
Workshop registrations are open until September 30, and session registrations until October 30. Classes are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the start of sessions and workshops to ensure smooth running. Registrations are processed subject to availability.
