The Chemistry Biology Interface Day (CBID 2026) will take place on November 5th, 2026, at the IECB of the University of Bordeaux in Pessac.

The Chemistry Biology Interface Day (CBID 2026) will be held on November 5th, 2026, at the IECB (University of Bordeaux, Building B13, 2 rue Escarpit, 33600 Pessac). This scientific meeting aims to promote research at the interface between chemistry and biology in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region. It is open to all, from master students to researchers, and will include a poster session and flash talks.
Registration is open until October 29th, 2026. Attendance is free but required for logistic reasons, as lunch will be provided. Space is limited to 120 participants. A confirmation of participation will be sent by the end of October, along with the book of abstracts.
For poster presentations, registration and abstract submission (Word file .docx) must be completed by October 23rd, 2026. Slots for flash poster presentations will also be available, selected from the abstracts.
A career session, chaired by Liam Elliott (LBM), will be organized over breakfast from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at IECB. Space is limited.
The invited speaker is Antoine Maruani (LCBPT, Université Paris Cité). Confirmed speakers include Bruno Alies (ARNA), Florian Alonso (BIOTIS), Evgeny Apartsin (CBMN), Claire Stines (CRPP), Liam Elliott (LBM), Julien Es Sayed (LCPO), Nathan Ronceray (LP2N), and Carmelo Quarta (Neurocentre Magendie).
