The intercommunal Local Urban Plan has been validated, but its official release is delayed due to a technical issue at the Prefecture.

The intercommunal Local Urban Plan (PLUi) for the Communauté de communes du Créonnais was officially approved during the community council meeting on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.

However, a major technical difficulty is currently delaying the availability of the document. An IT incident affecting national services prevents the PLUi and its corresponding deliberation from being validated by the Prefecture.
The Communauté de communes du Créonnais states that as soon as the validation procedures are completed, the PLUi and deliberation will be accessible on its website. They thank the public in advance for their understanding regarding this delay.
