The next meeting of the Municipal Council of Tresses will take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 8 PM, in the council chamber of the town hall.
The agenda will include the approval of the minutes from the meeting of June 22, 2026, as well as several important deliberations. These include a call for co-funding for public lighting, non-recoverable expense admissions, and a grant application to the Adour Garonne Water Agency for the rainwater management plan.
The elected officials will also discuss a deliberation concerning a solidarity donation to the disaster-stricken municipalities of Gironde following the summer 2026 fires. A three-year agreement with the Department of Gironde will be proposed for the implementation of social clauses in public procurement.
Points related to citizen services are planned, including a deliberation on the regulations for electric-assist bicycle (VAE) rentals for residents, and the approval of a public domain occupation agreement for the installation of self-service bike stations and secure bike shelters.
Urban planning will also be a focus, with the prescription for the revision of the Local Urban Plan (PLU). Several deliberations will concern the acquisition, classification into public domain, and amicable retrocession of plots related to subdivisions such as Les Chênes and Les Hauts de Fontaudin II.
The issue of sanitation and drinking water will be addressed with the renewal of the agreement for the connection of Tresses' collective sanitation network to the wastewater treatment plant in Fargues Saint-Hilaire. The 2025 annual reports from the drinking water and collective sanitation service operators, along with their reports on service price and quality, will be presented and approved.
Finally, the council will deliberate on the update of the remuneration scheme (RIFSEEP), the update of the staffing table, and will be informed of municipal decisions. Oral questions are also scheduled, in accordance with Article 5 of the internal regulations.
