After three months of intensive training provided by François, a true master artisan pizzaiolo, Laura, already with 12 years of experience in the agri-food sector, has taken over the management of Farinello pizzeria. Located at 9 rue de la Libération in Ambazac, the restaurant is ushering in a new era.
François, who delighted his customers for years, has passed on his expertise to his young apprentice, enabling her to master traditional techniques, particularly the uniform stretching of dough using centrifugal force. Laura, while continuing the specialties that made the establishment successful, brings her own touch, a "girly touch" as she describes it.
Among her innovations, Laura has chosen to open on Sunday evenings, an initiative appreciated by her clientele. Each month, a new pizza makes its appearance; in October, a creation inspired by the Basque Country, the LUKUYA, is featured.
The menu offers a variety of pizzas made with carefully selected ingredients, such as mozzarella, tomatoes, olives, Tomme de Savoie or Reblochon, and even braised andouillette. Laura is committed to preparing orders quickly and precisely, demonstrating her professionalism and dedication.
Having previously held various positions within SARL Les Tourtes Limousines in Bellac, Laura has always known how to seize opportunities. Her decision to enter the pizza business, guided by François's transmission of know-how, marks a new stage in her career.
