The inauguration brought together the first cohort of students, apprenticeship masters, and industry representatives. Jean-François Devineau, the patron of this first promotion and a Master Artisan with over 40 years of experience in pastry and ice cream, is mentoring the students, embodying values of excellence, transmission, and passion for the craft.
