As part of the modification procedure for the inter-communal Local Urbanism Plan of the South territory, a public inquiry is being held. It will run from Monday, October 26 to Friday, November 20, 2026. During this period, residents are invited to provide their feedback on the modification project.
The urban planning file will be available in paper format at the headquarters of the Communauté de communes des Luys en Béarn, located at 68 chemin de Pau – 64121 Serres-Castet. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, excluding public holidays.
Consultation will also be possible at the Thèze town hall, located at 7 rue des Pyrénées – 64450 Thèze. Hours are Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, excluding public holidays.
For those who prefer digital consultation, the file is available online on the community of communes' website.
Public inquiry sessions with the investigation commission are scheduled to collect public comments.
