Tradition was upheld on Saturday, October 10th, in the multi-purpose hall of Montardon. Organized by the association Los Esvagats, the traditional bourret and chestnut evening brought together 150 people in the hall, fostering a friendly and warm atmosphere.
The well-organized event allowed participants to gather around seasonal products while enjoying a musical performance appreciated by the public.
The vocal ensemble Sauvagnonais Jazzimut, a quintet formed in 2020, presented a repertoire blending jazz standards, such as Misty and Moon River, with songs by Claude Nougaro. The vocal harmonies and swing rhythms captivated the audience.
A great success for Los Esvagats and its president, Lydie Veracx, who are successfully perpetuating this autumn tradition cherished by the residents of Montardon.
