The Agglomeration is organizing a major event for citizens: the France Services Forum. It will take place on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, from 2 PM to 5 PM, in the Multimedia room of Lencloître. Admission is free and open to all.
Eighteen institutional partners, including CARSAT, AGIRC-ARRCO, CPAM, CAF, and France Travail, will be present to inform users about their rights and assist them with various administrative procedures.
Specific activities are planned throughout the afternoon without prior registration. Digital advisors will address online scams and how to recognize and protect against them. CARSAT and AGIRC-ARRCO will present information on retirement procedures. CPAM will use the event to raise awareness for breast cancer prevention as part of "Octobre Rose" (Pink October).
A new feature this year: a free bus service is organized to facilitate access to the event. This bus will run from Châtellerault to Lencloître, with stops in Besse, Thuré, Scorbé-Clairvaux, and Saint-Genest-d'Ambière.
