The Poitiers SPA Shelter, located at Rue de la Poupinière, is organizing an Open House event on Saturday, October 3rd. This event marks the shelter's 70th anniversary and coincides with World Animal Day.
Throughout the afternoon, visitors can enjoy a moment of conviviality and sharing. Numerous activities are planned, with the presence of professionals who will engage with the public on animal welfare. Topics will include feline behavior, dog training, grooming, and animal osteopathy.
Activities for children and other surprises will also be part of the day. It will also be an opportunity to discover the daily lives of the shelter's residents and the various ways to support its work.
