As part of the 2026 Sustainable Development Weeks, the Brive Agglomeration organized the 5th edition of its amateur photo contest, inviting sixteen photographers to explore the theme "Nurturing Nature".
The sixteen participating photographs were exhibited from September 29 to October 6 in the hall of the Brive Cultural Center, a partner for this edition.
The jury, convened on Friday, September 25, had the task of distinguishing between the participants. After particularly close deliberations, three photographs ultimately caught their attention.
The 2026 podium consists of Lucile Rougerie, winner of the 1st prize for her photograph "Les pommes de la Corrézienne", Laurence Mamy, 2nd prize with "Transformer ses ressources", and Théo Laurent, 3rd prize for "De la vigne aux lèvres".
The three laureates will receive a plant along with a selection of Origine Corrèze products, highlighting the region's resources.
Through their diverse perspectives, the participants illustrated the multiple links between nature, our food, and the resources of our territory. The Brive Agglomeration thanked all the amateur photographers for their participation and the quality of their work, as well as the Brive Cultural Center for its hospitality.
