For five days, participants visited several water management sites, including the Chamadelle water tower. They discovered professions related to this vital resource, the importance of preservation gestures, and everyone's responsibility towards this "blue gold".
Equipped with microphones, headphones, and digital recorders, the young people then listened carefully to collect sound materials. These recordings will be used to create surprising water songs, to be unveiled in spring 2027.
This eco-artistic adventure is initiated and supported by La Cali, in collaboration with the Jean Cocteau Media Library of Saint-Seurin-sur-l’Isle and the SIAEPAVID (Intercommunal Syndicate for drinking water supply and sanitation of the Isle and Dronne valleys). The project also benefits from the support of the SIETAVI, the DRAC Nouvelle-Aquitaine, the Departmental Council of Gironde, Iddac, the Adour-Garonne Water Agency, and MSA Gironde.
