About ten residents from the Fondation John Bost, who have psychic disabilities, multiple disabilities, or autism spectrum disorders, imagined 'Hors du bocal' with the Collectif Pampa. This biting, absurd, and poetic comedy combines theatre, video, and music. It takes the audience aboard the Fol Espoir, where patients and doctors of a hospital drift through storms. Their journey ends on an island where everything remains to be built, and where everyone's utopias serve as foundations for a new world.
Echoing the 'ship of fools' developed by Michel Foucault in Histoire de la folie, the performance turns the stage into a shared creative space, where each performer showcases their sensitivity and way of inhabiting the world.
This performance is scheduled in partnership with the Glob Théâtre, as part of the festival L’Imago Cultivons nos singularités ! and the Quinzaine de l’égalité et de la diversité 2026.
