The region, which accounts for 66% of industrial jobs, has observed faster industrial employment growth than the regional average for several years.
A recent study, designed as a dialogue tool and based on territorialized data, projects high housing needs by 2030 and 2040. These projections consider both demographic changes and reindustrialization prospects.
