The Communal Center for Social Action (CCAS) of Saint-Junien is organizing, in partnership with several associations, an awareness week against violence towards women. The event will take place from November 16 to 27 with interventions in schools and a conference, followed by information stands on Saturday, November 28.

From November 16 to 27, interventions will be held with 3rd-grade students in the middle schools of Saint-Junien. These actions aim to raise awareness among young people about this issue.
On Thursday, November 26, at 8 PM, the Laurentine Teillet hall will host a "gesticulated conference" titled "Evasion mineure : Et si papa tue maman ?" by Marie Mazaudou. This event aims to address the subject from a different perspective.
Finally, on Saturday, November 28, from 9 AM to 12 PM, information stands run by the event's partners will be set up in the city center. Citizens will be able to obtain information and interact with the present associations.
This awareness week is organized in collaboration with CIDFF, France victimes 87, APPEL, the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Regional Council, 125 et après, ARSL, and the family protection house.
