The 62 CM1 and CM2 pupils from Montardon schools spent a week full of discoveries in Aragon, just before the Toussaint holidays.

The classes of Mme Leroy, Mme Matéos-Chaudet, and M. Bégué took advantage of the last week of school to explore the Spanish region. The program included various physical activities at the Col du Somport, such as mountain biking, hiking, and climbing.
The exploration continued in the city of Jaca, where the children participated in a treasure hunt with riddles in the citadel. The trip then moved inland with a visit to the medieval castle of Loarre.
To conclude this journey, a memorable hike was organized in the heart of the Mallos de Riglos site, offering a unique opportunity to observe griffon vultures. This stay was a success and fully satisfied all the children.
The teachers expressed their gratitude to the accompanying adults, the town hall of Montardon, and the parents' association for their financial support. Special thanks were given to the PASEA association for organizing and financially supporting the trip.
