This platform is a local branch of the France Rénov’ network, managed by the Departmental Council of Haute-Vienne. Thus, both owner-occupiers and landlords planning energy renovation work on a property, or wishing to adapt their home to the age or disability of the occupant, can benefit from neutral and free advice by contacting the NOV HABITAT 87 platform.
This structure, which can be consulted with confidence, can provide users with technical advice and guide them towards financial aid.

Permanences are held once a month. It is necessary to make an appointment with NOV HABITAT 87 by email or phone. These permanences take place within the France Services Houses of the Briance Sud Haute-Vienne territory, notably at the Maison des habitants (1 Rue des Lilas, 87 260 Saint-Genest-sur-Roselle) and the Post Office (2 Avenue du Remblai, 87 380 Saint-Germain-les-Belles).
